My client is looking for a committed Customer Service Agent to strengthen their internal service team in Berkshire.
Responsibilities:-
* You will be the first contact person in order processing for a selection of national customers.
* You will support our customers quickly, competently and independently - from offer creation, order processing up to the complete payment and delivery of the goods.
* You will be the interface between customers and production plants in case of order fulfilment difficulties.
* Invoice control, credit limit monitoring, transport planning and data maintenance will be your daily business.
* Thanks to your close customer contact, you are able to act in a proactive and preventive manner.
YOUR PROFILE
* At least 3-5 years professional experience in a similar position. B2B or Supply Chain
* Industry experience (printing, packaging, etc.) is an additional advantage.
* Excellent English skills both written and spoken
* Very good IT user knowledge, in particular, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and ERP systems and affinity for system technology innovations.
* Excellent communication skills, structured writing, customer orientation and enjoying customer contact on the phone.
THE OFFER
For this position, depending on proven qualifications and adequate professional experience, the starting salary would be in the region of £30,000 per annum - depending on the successful candidates' individual profile and professional experience.
