Your responsibilities:
1. Incident management and control, performing the following tasks:
1. Resolving operational problems and assigned user faults when on the Day Shift Rota
2. Managing the diagnosis and resolution of problems through to completion, coordinating with other service providers, where necessary.
3. Development work for faults detected
2. Change management and control, performing the following tasks:
1. Reviewing impact to Energy Wholesale of changes to be implemented
2. Carrying out the required communications to EW stakeholders
3. Approving changes
3. Monitoring and taking appropriate actions for messages in the Group Mailbox
4. Performing the Daily Checks
5. Operational acceptance for systems delivered by the workstreams
6. To determine the scope for the Configuration Management Database for Operations
7. Responsible for processes for maintenance of the Configuration Maintenance Database

Essential:

1. Experience in a support role
