They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established process-es and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeep-ing and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for production and related issues. - Ensure that day to day EH&S standards are maintained across the site. - Achieve continual improvement in productivity and planning the area to ensure maximum efficiency in the use of labour, material, and equipment. - Ensure quality standards are adhered to across all processes. - Ensure delivery performance objectives are achieved. - Assist with investigating customer complaints. - Motivating and leading a team (Employee Engagement). - Working with the Manufacturing Engineering team on new projects. - Deliver Team briefs. - Manage and coach the team (Appraisals, absenteeism, skills Matrix's, holiday ) Your ideal background: - 3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment - Management experience is required - Good communication skills. - Pro-active and responsive to customer requirements - Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks - Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative.
