Key Responsibilities of the Junior Data Analyst
* Design and enhance workflows for customer interactions, digital engagement, customer tracing, and data enrichment initiatives.
* Assist in driving innovation and process efficiency across the team through ongoing improvements and optimization efforts.
* Work closely with operational teams to assess business needs and provide technical solutions that meet strategic goals.
* Simplify and automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
* Support essential, data-intensive processes such as onboarding new clients, regulatory reporting, performance tracking, and operational testing.
Skills and Experience of the Junior Data Analyst
* Experience in a similar role or open to graduates from a computer science or relevant degree
* Proficiency in SQL or similar programming languages, with proven experience in query optimization and managing ETL workflows.
* Expertise in analysing and interpreting complex datasets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
