Salary: £55,000-£65,000 plus commission

Role Summary: Working alongside an innovative management, property and technology led company you will be tasked with managing a team of driven individuals and finding and delivering sales opportunities across the UK
Company: Euro Car Parks is a dynamic and market leading technology led car park Management Company operating across all market sectors covering the whole of the UK and Ireland. We currently have an exciting opportunity to lead an innovative and dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading a team to excel in their results
Sourcing, identifying and qualifying leads
Developing leads from start to finish
Fostering relationships with clients over a period of time
To be able to understand instructions and to deliver on targets set
Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded consistently
Bringing your own creative sales ideas to the team
Behavioural Competencies:

High levels of enthusiasm and motivation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person
Ability to motivate and engage the team
Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
Must be well groomed and well presented at all times
Technical Skills:
Computer literate (Word and Excel) - if not this can be taught
Language skills an advantage but not essential
Requirements:
Professional outlook and ability to communicate
