About the Role
We are looking for a Residential Property Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day management of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to residents.
* Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve service quality.
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., property management, hospitality).
* Previous experience in property management or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
