Senior Change Lead - Business Analysis - Transformation Programme

In line with our Global strategy and purpose, we have an opportunity to join the UK Transformation Programme as a Senior Change Lead - Business Analysis, leading a team of Business Analysts within the Strategy and Implementation area. You will be supporting activity to define the future shape of Allianz Commercial and ensuring that the business understands, is ready for, and can sustain change being delivered by the Programme.
Our ambition is to transform the End-to-End experience and journey for our policyholders, intermediaries, internal users and other parties, through a combination of modernising core systems, data-led digital asset development and integrations (internal and external).
Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager (Transformation), Senior Change Leads - Business Analysis are Senior Business Analysts with significant expertise in the delivery of Business Analysis and leading the delivery of others. They are responsible for the direct line management and development of their team, spending a proportion of time in the delivery of Business Analysis in a senior, lead or consultancy capacity. Senior Change Leads - Business Analysis provide ongoing delivery support and coaching to continuously uplift capability and innovate with their direct reports.
About the Role
The purpose of the role is to enable organisational change through your own work and supporting and enabling the work of others. Using specialised business analysis and change management skills, you will support and lead your people to articulate the need for change, define requirements, and recommend solutions that will maximise the value delivered by the business to its customers.
You will work closely with key stakeholders within the Strategy and Implementation area, supporting activity to define the future shape of Allianz Commercial and ensuring that the business understands, is ready for, and can sustain change being delivered by the Programme.
Key Accountabilities:
* As a member of the Business Analysis Leadership Team, you will build a community with the right capabilities and people, equipping them with skills, tools, and standard approaches to deliver Business Analysis excellence.
* You will drive a high-performance culture, promoting a growth mindset and ensuring we have the best and most engaged people who work collaboratively to deliver change.
* You will be accountable for managing people, ensuring compliance with and implementing personnel-related processes in relation to recruiting, onboarding, performance management and evaluation, coaching, career development, and talent management.
* A proportion of your time will be spent in the delivery of Business Analysis, in a senior, lead, or consultancy capacity.
* You will be responsible for developing direct reports and may be directly involved in the daily activities of your people, where the delivery structure dictates.
* You will support and contribute to Communities of Practice across Change, to support learning and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

About You
Skills and Experience
* You will be an acknowledged expert in Business Analysis and are passionate about the Business Analyst role.
* You will ideally have experience working in Financial Services or Commercial Insurance, and knowledge of industry trends.
* You will have great communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* You will be able to demonstrate experience of people and task leadership.
* You will have an understanding of Agile ways of working.
* You will have led a team of professionals and provided career coaching, developing yourself and others.
Qualifications:
* A Level education or equivalent.
* BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (Desirable).
