The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel), and a professional phone etiquette. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the team and contributing to the overall performance of the office. Responsibilities Management of company website, including the addition and removal of products. Processing of deliveries. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, delivering a high level of customer service. General office duties, including assisting the finance team. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance productivity. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Good overall IT skills. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work is crucial. An interest in sewing would be ideal but not essential. Experience with Sage would be ideal but not essential.
