Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our housing stock is kept in top condition, making a real difference to our community. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive property inspections to assess repair needs. Compile detailed reports and actionable recommendations. Manage and oversee repair and maintenance works to ensure high standards. Liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Provide expert advice on building maintenance and repair issues. Efficiently manage budgets and resources. About You: Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally within the public sector. Strong knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance. Exceptional communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
