A Global Programme Management Office Director PMO is required to join an innovative state of the art company on a Permanent basis that specialises in advanced products primarily for the Automotive, Aerospace and Power industries. As this is a Global role then applications from other regions such as India, North America and China will be considered. The Global Programme Management Office Director PMO will provide technical expertise and be responsible for setting global standards, best practices and processes within the Global Engineering business and overall PMO strategy as well as introducing a robust governance and real - time reporting structure to increase efficiency and effectiveness of projects within the Global Engineering function. The Global Programme Management Office Director PMO will Design and Develop programme level governance, planning, reporting and tracking, encourage knowledge sharing and best practice, monitor business health by keeping track of potential risks, planning, budgeting and forecasting of project level metrics. Responsibilities of the Global Programme Management Office Director PMO - Ensure the programmes remain within all aspects of governance - Develop Product Delivery Process - Map by function and New Product Introduction Process NPI - Benchmark Best practices and process improvement within the industry - Introduce new processes into all programme and Service teams - Develop and manage all processes across all Engineering business sectors - Co - ordinate Programme and Service Management activities within programmes - Manage Programme and Services Health Status reporting across all programme activity - Co - ordination of common business control, tools and techniques - Develop new enabling technologies Requirements and Experience of the Global Programme Management Office Director PMO - Project Management professional - Demonstrate experience of working on Global programmes within industry previously - Strong structured approach to Programme Management and ideally within a PMO capacity - Good working knowledge of various OEM and industry NPI processes - Strong experience of managing senior level and global stakeholders - Experience and evidence managerial expertise - Able to ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service - Plans, executes and improves work processes to ensure achievement of business goals - Teamwork and Collaboration: Fosters a sense of teamwork - Facilitate the effective interaction and contribution of others to achieve goals - Ensure the availability and development of the talent needed to meet organizational goals - Applies appropriate strategic logic to decisions and initiatives - Identify and analyse information to make decisions and solve problems If interested in this Global Programme Management Office Director PMO role then
