Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for an Administrator to work with their very well-established client based in Spalding.
The successful Administrator will be supporting the administrative department of the firm. This, along with secretarial, support, administrative and client care responsibilities including filing, archiving and accounts duties.
Principle Responsibilities for the Administrator:
1. Produce, store and retrieve accurately typed letters and documents.
2. Provide support to other secretaries.
3. Transmit documents by email and fax to the required practice standard
4. Maintain all confidentiality matters relating to clients.
5. Keep the Fee Earners diary up to date with appointments via the Practice Management System.
6. Take calls from clients, solicitors and third parties, keep accurate notes and pass onward to the Fee Earner.
7. Maintain accurate documentation including following archiving procedures, assisting with the monitoring of files, the removal of completed files ensuring they have been actioned/billed.
8. Send terms of business and appropriate care letter to each client on the Fee Earners request.
Person Specification for the Administrator:
9. The ability to assist with deputising in the absence of a Fee Earner
10. Be prepared to undertake training activities within the firm.
11. Have a great attitude and want to develop your skill and knowledge.
12. Strong team player with a motivational hands-on approach.
13. Demonstrates integrity and congruence when dealing with people.
This is a full time permanent Administrator, offering an annual salary of £23,000 – £25,000 .
