Being part of Nottingham College means playing a vital part in helping thousands of people to unlock their potential through learning. Together, we’re making a positive difference to our learners, to our communities and to each other. We’re building better futures, for others and for ourselves. Here, you’ll have the freedom to work in a way that suits you, the support to thrive, and the opportunity to shape your career.
Who We Need
We have an opportunity to join a welcoming team who play a key part in ensuring our employer engagement processes run smoothly. You’ll have an eye for detail and work well with data, demonstrating the ability to process large volumes of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You’ll be comfortable working within a team but will also be able to work independently and perform well when faced with tight deadlines.
You must have a commitment to providing excellent customer service to colleagues, customers, and students you come into contact with.
What Does the Role Involve
As a member of the Apprenticeship Team, your role will be to coordinate across the team and appropriate cross-college faculties in the effective and efficient collation of apprenticeship data, ensuring the close monitoring of learner progress, achievement, and destination/progression.
Specific Tasks Include:
1. Managing all enquiries via the employer engagement team through mail, telephone, and social media where required, including enquiry management following recruitment events.
2. Organising, implementing, and managing assessment centres for recruitment events as required, including registration, documentation, initial assessments, and additional learning support diagnostics.
3. Coordinating and monitoring levels of marketing collateral to ensure it is all up to date and readily available for events.
4. Providing administrative support to the Apprenticeship Manager and, where required, the wider Apprenticeship team, ensuring effective and responsive administration processes that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Please be aware this post will involve studying for a L3 Business Administration apprenticeship alongside your day-to-day tasks, requiring you to spend one day a month at college studying towards your qualification, as well as monthly one-on-one meetings with an assessor.
To be eligible for the role, you must have a minimum of three years of residency in the UK, alongside the right to work here.
