One of our Clients based in Bedford are current;y looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations through efficient administrative tasks, data entry, and stock management systems. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process warehouse documentation, stock records, and delivery notes.
• Update and maintain inventory records and stock control systems.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, suppliers, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and generate reports on stock levels, deliveries, and order tracking.
• Support in booking goods in and out, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and general warehouse administration.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, emails, and responding to queries.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of stock control systems and warehouse processes (preferred).
