Job Description:
Our client, a global leader in the hotel and leisure sector, is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator on a 12-month contract, paying up to £40,000. The role is based in Windsor during your training period and then will go fully remote.
This role provides consistently executed support to the Global Sales Team.
What is expected of the Sales Coordinator?
* Manage lead processes, analyse transaction reports, and highlight re-prospecting opportunities to Account Directors.
* Support Sellers with channel leads; managing pipeline and conversion.
* Support the total account management culture to drive new business & business development opportunities.
* Support Sellers to deliver efficient and effective service to their customer groups.
* Preparation and planning of customer visits and supplier days/workshop meetings.
* Provide internal data and customer insights to inform analysis for go-to-market strategy.
* Support integrated ways of working across the Global Sales Team and wider enabling functions for priority processes.
* Capture and refresh pipeline opportunities and accurately record in the CRM system.
* Assist with the Request for Pricing (RFP), negotiation, and contracting process.
* Support admin tasks in line with the Global Sales efficiency expectations.
* Manage performance reporting as per the required reporting cycle.
* Support the process of billing, budgeting, and invoicing.
* Support and refresh updated content for Global Sales collateral.
What we look for in a Sales Coordinator?
* 2-4 years of progressive work-related experience within a Global Sales environment, ideally within Hotels or Property.
* Operational knowledge and strength with MS Office and Salesforce.
* Demonstrated clear, concise, and succinct communication skills, including adapting both verbal and written communication to the needs and level of the user.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to work in a virtual environment.
* Able to drive teamwork and effectiveness within an international team.
* Experience using MS Office, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
