Job Description We're recruiting for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join us. We're offering acompetitive base salary. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial, performance, and contractual relationship of a portfolio of critical, high-value, and tier 2 suppliers across both IT and non-IT categories for specific business units. What you'll be doing: Ensuring full compliance with Supplier Relationship Management policy, standards, and processes across a portfolio of supplier relationships Implementing the Supplier Management strategy and proposition across a portfolio of suppliers to meet business objectives within time, quality, and cost parameters Benchmarking new and existing services to ensure commercial terms are appropriate and fit for purpose Conducting regular reviews of contract service performance through Service Level Agreements Supporting and implementing programmes of change to embed revisions to terms for successful supplier and performance outcomes Collaborating with cross-functional Procurement and SRM teams to support contract negotiations and renewals Leading dispute resolution to ensure all contractual disputes are resolved in a timely manner with minimal cost or operational impacts Supporting the development and delivery of processes and systems to ensure a consistent and good level of service Qualifications Who we're looking for: Proficient in SRM best practices and strategies Strong knowledge of contracts and frameworks in the context of Financial Services Proficient in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs Excellent business acumen Proven track record of success in managing strategic suppliers Ability to influence others with a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging style Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
