Dublin Express have an exciting Full Time opportunity to join us as a Customer Service Advisor in Dublin Airport.
This onsite roll at Dublin Airport has a rolling Shift pattern, working 40 hours across 5 days Monday – Sunday
The Customer Service Advisor role will put you in the centre of the hustle and bustle of a busy transport environment, selling tickets in and around Dublin airport and city, answering customer queries, guiding them to their location, and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are continually met.

What we’re looking for...
* Communication skills
* Experience of front-line customer service in a fast paced environment
* Positive attitude to customer service and personal development
* Ability to work in a team or independently on your own initiative
* Good levels of health, stamina and fitness will be required as the environment is fast paced and work will involve standing and/or sitting for long periods of time
* The ability to work shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays to meet business demands
What you'll do...
* Deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times, taking a proactive and positive approach to ensure customer satisfaction
* Sell tickets and add-on products to customers, and provide them with guidance and information as required
* Use a proactive approach to make travel arrangements for our customers in the event of delays or service disruption
* Effectively and accurately communicate information to customers and liaise with colleagues throughout the business regarding service updates and disruption
* Assisting drivers with boarding and helping with customer luggage
* Manage coach movements within the station and exceed our Health & Safety standards
