Prince, a well-established recruitment agency based in Telford, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This is a key role within our business, providing outstanding customer service and essential administrative support to two consultants. You will play a vital part in connecting candidates with exciting new opportunities and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
This varied role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative and customer service skills, along with excellent organisational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engaging with candidates to discuss new job opportunities
2. Coordinating interviews and sending confirmation emails
3. Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment journey
4. Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
5. Preparing compelling job advertisements for consultants
6. Conducting candidate interviews both in-person and via telephone
7. Preparing documentation for new temporary assignments
8. Ensuring compliance by completing all necessary reference and legal checks
