This role involves providing 1:1 support to a child with ASD, ADHD, Non-Verbal needs, or other high-needs conditions, helping them thrive in their learning journey. The Role
* Providing tailored 1:1 support to a child with SEN in a mainstream classroom
* Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters confidence and independence
* Collaborating with teachers and specialists to implement individual learning plans
* Supporting the child's academic and personal development with patience and empathy
* Gaining valuable experience in education and training within a supportive school setting
What We're Looking For
* Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly with ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or non-verbal needs
* A compassionate and patient approach to working with children
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* A passion for working in education and training, supporting children with additional needs
