Our client is seeking a dedicated Fire & Security Engineer to become a key part of their team. Role Overview As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will play a vital role in securing a wide range of sites across England, Scotland, and Wales. You will need to be ready for immediate deployment, providing excellent customer service while working closely with the Operations Team and National Control Centre. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the National Control Centre to ensure smooth operations. Quickly adapt to a variety of operational environments. Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends. Take on additional responsibilities as directed by operational leadership. Maintain temporary security fleets and permanent installations, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems. Accurately report on newly onboarded sites, creating relevant documentation such as maps. Participate in the on-call rota (standby rate included), currently operating on a 1 in 5 weekly rotation. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to perform well under pressure. A full, clean UK driving license. ECS, CSCS, IPAF, PTS, or Sentinel Card qualifications. A salary range of £34,000 to £38,000 (dependent on experience). Standard working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with an average of 45 hours per week.
