About You - Behaviour Support Mentor - Newbury Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, or in a similar role. Knowledge of working with children with autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs is highly beneficial. Strong communication skills and a proactive, patient, and resilient approach.
