About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in Tate's continued growth by leading the execution of supply and service to data centre projects across Europe, with a focus on supporting the UK market. This position involves driving sales from lead generation to project award, managing client relationships, and promoting Tate's product range within the EMEA data centre market. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service and support for strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
o Responsible for the execution of Tate supply & service to data centre projects across Europe.
o Take ownership of the complete sales process from lead generation to project award.
o Liaise with all Tate business units to take an active role in opportunity generation, customer relationship management, and sales support.
o Manage strategic client-driven Supplier Quality activities, including audits, submissions of pre & post-execution deliverables (e.g., quality sheets, supplier scorecards).
o Create and report on sales pipeline and progress.
o Educate and work with specifying consultants, architects, contractors, and end users to develop data centre projects in the EMEA market.
o Build and maintain key relationships across Europe with data centre market stakeholders, including installing contractors, general contractors, clients, developers, architects, and engineers.
o Target data centre projects in the design stage, leveraging industry relationships to positively position Tate's product range.
o Represent Tate and the Kingspan Group at trade shows and other industry events.
o Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the company.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education: Degree in an Engineering or Construction Studies discipline.
Experience:
o Solid and stable professional experience in a construction environment.
o Previous experience in data centres or interior fit-out projects is highly desirable.
Skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
o Experience with AutoCAD or BIM software is advantageous.
o Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
o Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Able to function in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organisational skills.
