Reed HR have partnered with an organisation in Surrey who are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager. The role: Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (full time permanent role) Working from home available when possible Key Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and regular inspections. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and legislation. Deliver training and workshops to employees on health and safety protocols. Investigate incidents, identifying root causes and recommending improvements. Collaborate with management to integrate health and safety practices into daily operations. Keep up to date with new legislation and industry trends to continuously improve our safety standards. Requirements : Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager. In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety regulations. NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach with a passion for promoting a safe work environment.
