We currently have a very exciting full-time position for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work in a respected Secondary School in Altrincham. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting students with challenging behaviours. The role is set to start in September for the new academic year and is a full-time position. The school is conveniently located near public transport links, with access to staff car parks for those who drive. The hourly rate for this position is £13.75.
Role responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one support and interventions to students with behavioural challenges.
2. Support students in developing their social and emotional skills.
3. Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to deliver tailored support.
4. Assist in managing behaviour and creating a safe, positive learning environment.
Role requirements:
1. Must be empathetic, patient, and adaptable to students' needs.
2. Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
3. Previous experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviours.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency in the future.
