Role: Project Manager – Construction / Interior fit-out Location: Within commuting distance of Slough, Woking, Richmond and Bracknell. All projects are home counties or London. This is a growing company who have maintained a family feel to the business. Established for over 10 years and with a highly respected client base, your role will be to manage projects up to £1m. Role includes; Project Planning from estimation and contract award Project delivery of interior fit-outs / refurbishments for projects typically in the £50k-£1m range Sub-Contractor management for trades and labour HS management Commercial management including variations and final accounts Does the below sound like you?
