So, if this is of interest to you then we would be keen to hear from you As a Microsoft UC Support Consultant your Responsibilities are: Provide support to Insights in-house UC technical teammates, in reference to problem-solving, and customer service. Manage and collaborate with suppliers/partners to deliver seamless service provision. Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for the UC service teams and underlying customers. Diagnose faults with technical systems, escalate as necessary, and ensure effective resolution. Stay informed of emerging technology and industry best practices. Contribute to the team and department's objectives and the overall vision of the directorate. Delegate for the specialist UC Technical Support Level 4 as required. Lead and manage the UC 3rd line support team, ensuring high levels of motivation and professional standards. Monitor and manage team performance, addressing issues and improving performance. Assess and develop individual capabilities and development needs. Coordinate team activities, manage priorities, and maximize resource efficiency. Ensure proper handling of information and record keeping in alignment with policies. Monitor and report on team expenditure to ensure value for money. Evaluate and improve processes and practices for continuous improvement. Experience and Skills: Relevant technical experience based on Microsoft telephony solutions. Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans. Be an extension of the insight UC support team, providing forth-line support in case of (priority 1) incidents and complex service requests. Deep understanding with configuration experience of Microsoft Teams core services, features, and feature management Proven experience in the understanding of enterprise-scale data solutions using the following technologies. Knowledge of end-to-end telephony migration methodologies and processes. Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, and passion to deliver quality solutions both individually and as part of a team. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong industry peer network with wide visibility of technology advances. Experience specifically around Microsoft on premises and cloud migrations including, Migrations and Migrations tools for, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Skype for Business 2015, 2019. Other experience with the Microsoft portfolio is desired including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure.
