Key responsibilities include: General administrative tasks, including receiving and managing incoming post and referrals, and distributing them to Consultants and nurses. Managing the Patient Tracking List to ensure all patients are treated in a timely manner, adhering to National Operating Standards. Booking patient appointments. Audio typing.
