About the Role:
* Position: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, with overtime opportunities at enhanced rates
* Location: Based in Aylesford
Key Responsibilities:
* MIG Welding: Basic experience required (TIG welding experience would be an advantage)
* Fast-paced production line welding experience is highly preferred
* Ability to interpret basic technical drawings
* Perform general factory tasks and assist with housekeeping to ensure safety and company standards are upheld
* Work within a strong Health & Safety culture, adhering to regulations
