BANKING LAWYER - NQ-3 Years PQE - BIRMINGHAM Brief We are currently looking to recruit a Birmingham based Lawyer with NQ-3 years PQE to join our Banking team. There will be opportunities to work on banking including real estate, leveraged and corporate lending, asset based lending and receivables financing transactions, regionally and nationally. Background We advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. We act for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities from acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance to asset based lending, securitisation and debt capital markets. We also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings. Our practice is broad and very varied. We have a high quality legal service banking team with access to a deep knowledge of current market practice. We deliver a truly partner led service and strongly believe in being fully joined up across our network of offices. The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in either a leading national or City firm. Candidates must be technically strong but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills. A willingness to work across a variety of the banking specialism, and with a number of different partners, is a must.
