Our client is an industry leader with state-of-the-art facilities and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our friendly and supportive team of 12 Field Service Specialists. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Confident answering phones and directing a call Provide general administrative support, following defined procedures. Manage bookings, handle invoicing, and assist in customer queries. Coordinate training activities and support the training team. Perform a variety of tasks, including typing, filing, scheduling, and record-keeping. Organize meetings, conferences, and manage calendars. Procure supplies and sort/distribute mail. Work on special projects, including compiling and retrieving information as needed. Early finish Friday About You: Previous administration experience Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with SAP is preferred. Experience with Lotus Notes is an advantage. High consistency, punctuality, and attention to detail.
