Job summary The post holder will provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and in person with trust colleagues, external candidates and on occasion patients to advise on training requirements, book training and help to answer resuscitation related queries or to refer on to one of the Resuscitation Officers. The post holder will manage the day to day administration workload and facilities of the department including answering the telephone, responding to emails, arranging meetings and taking minutes, arranging room bookings for training courses, stock management and ordering, managing the diary of the Resuscitation Department and Resuscitation Lead, maintain and manage the booking of candidates onto resuscitation courses and prepare and distribute course materials to candidates in a timely manner. The Post holder will be responsible for data entry and record keeping of the training undertaken by HDFT staff using the Learning lab system to create courses, book staff when applicable, update registers and run reports to monitor resuscitation training compliance. The post holder will use Microsoft office to produce reports, documents and audit information for the Resuscitation Department and the wider trust. The post holder will undertake audit and necessary work to maintain and update the department's health and safety requirements.
