Work as part of the ECS administration team supporting: HR, Recruitment and Compliance administration Coordinate interviews Join the interview panel Update HR Systems with changes Work on keeping compliance to a high standard Data inputting and record keeping Take initial ambulance and event enquiries Assist the make ready team with any administrative duties Coordinate with external agencies to schedule both regular and ad-hoc vehicle servicing and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance across all systems, including auditing for specific information required by other teams. Support reception duties Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary Meet and greet clients/visitors and manage the signing in process upon arrival Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries Be the main point of contact for the companys facilities suppliers e.g. cleaning company; Manage levels of office supplies and replenish when required Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents Ensuring the layout of the staff carpark is adhered to each day Support commercial education course enquiries and welcome candidates on course days
