Reference: REQ0130Description: This role offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join the Tenancy & Sustainment Team, where you will be involved in managing the efficient turnaround of void properties from the first contact regarding termination of a tenancy, advertisement and allocation, through to re-let to a ‘Lettable Standard’ in accordance with Council policy and procedure, including carrying out viewings and the effective reporting of refusals. The role will also include additional exciting projectsResponsibilities:Tenancy Management responsibilities including pre-tenancy work and sign-up, ensuring new tenants are aware of their obligations in terms of tenancy compliance and to carry out pre-termination inspections.To effectively manage and administrate requests for transfers, decants, management moves, and mutual exchangeCarry out new tenant visits. Provide tailored support at the beginning of the tenancy through support plans to ensure that the resident is settling in well.
