What you'll be doing:
As a People Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for delivering a first-class people service for our colleagues through the leadership of the People Shared Services team and management of external suppliers.
1. Leads the day-to-day People Shared Service operation ensuring the People Shared Services team maintain high levels of internal customer service, keeping our colleagues at the centre of the delivery.
2. Ensures all services are delivered in line with agreed policies, procedures and within our internal service level agreements.
3. Promptly investigates escalated shared services cases to bring to fast resolution.
4. Evidences performance of the team and service through defined metrics and proactively identifies and implements opportunities to continuously improve the colleague experience and efficiency of People Shared Services.
5. Owns and maintains the People Governance Framework, working with process owners to ensure People processes, policies, accountabilities, and controls are fully documented and up to date.
What we're looking for:
1. Previous HR and/or Payroll systems experience.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Detail-oriented.
4. Continuous improvement mindset.
5. Payroll management experience.
