What you'll be doing:
As a People Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for delivering a first-class people service for our colleagues through the leadership of the People Shared Services team and management of external suppliers.
* Leads the day-to-day People Shared Service operation ensuring the People Shared Services team maintain high levels of internal customer service, keeping our colleagues at the centre of the delivery.
* Ensures all services are delivered in line with agreed policies, procedures and within our internal service level agreements.
* Promptly investigates escalated shared services cases to bring to fast resolution.
* Evidences performance of the team and service through defined metrics and proactively identifies and implements opportunities to continuously improve the colleague experience and efficiency of People Shared Services.
