Customer Account Executive At Gnaw Chocolate (Sales)
At Gnaw we make great quality, premium chocolate, have impeccable ethical sourcing & sustainability credentials, and are launching even more fantastic product innovation to delight our customers and consumers.
We are a professional chocolate manufacturing business, very much in the growth phase of our brand journey, and are looking to expand our Sales team to help drive our revenue growth by getting more of our chocolate products into more places to sell and creating brilliant plans to nurture growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand customer needs and translate insights into sound business plans to drive growth.
2. Focus on specific garden centres, cinemas, department stores, and convenience retail.
3. Support the strategy to transform corporate sales, developing existing customers as well as prospecting new ones.
Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of experience working within a B2B sales/commercial team.
2. Experience in FMCG or confectionery is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
3. Educated to degree standard, well-organised, numerate, and capable of building a commercial business proposal considering the core elements of the P&L.
You will be fearless, resilient, focused, and self-motivated, yet humble, with bags of “can do” energy and an innate ability to see the bigger picture and solve business issues before they become problems.
This role is office-based in Norwich, but you will need to travel to meet customers or attend specific trade shows as required.
