South Lanarkshire Council is a progressive, leading-edge employer with an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to undertake the role of Performance & Standards Co-ordinator within Property Services.
\n
We deliver an integrated Design, Contract and Project management service based on strong links between our Building Services, Projects Services and Assets & Estates sections and private sector construction professionals and contractors therefore having the ability to interact constructively with a variety of stakeholders and partners is an essential requirement of the post.
\n
In this role you will assist in the development of processes and procedures financial support and guidance along with procurement and Health & Safety. To maintain and develop all areas of administration within Property Services and develop current systems which contribute to the business needs of Property Services.
\n
While supporting Senior Management, implementing, and monitoring processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and quality service provision in line with Best Value principles.
\n
The successful candidate will have good working knowledge and understanding of the delivery of capital and revenue projects in line with Council Standing orders on contracts.
\n
Overall quality service provision and best value as key aspects of this role your focus will be high on customer satisfaction demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement on all programmes of work.
\n
It is essential that you have a proven track record of working within a property/ construction environment and you will display professionalism and demonstrate excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
\n
