What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Compliance Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment process running like clockwork. You’ll lead by example, supporting and mentoring our compliance administrators while making sure all our brilliant teachers and support staff are thoroughly vetted and ready to go.
Here’s a sneak peek of your day-to-day:
1. Overseeing and completing compliance and vetting checks for education professionals
2. Mentoring and guiding Compliance Officers through regular 1:1s and training workshops
3. Supporting the Compliance Manager in reporting, audits, and data analysis
4. Improving systems and processes to keep things running smoothly
5. Getting involved in candidate registrations and file clearing
6. Liaising with recruitment consultants to ensure timely placements
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
1. Has extensive previous experience working in recruitment compliance, ideally in the education sector
2. Either has management experience or is ready to step up in responsibility
3. Has a sharp eye for detail and loves a well-organised spreadsheet
4. Brings a positive, encouraging management style
5. Can juggle tasks and still keep things calm and friendly
6. Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/databases
7. Communicates clearly and professionally at all levels
8. Is ready to roll up their sleeves and work as part of a tight-knit team
