We’re looking for a passionate PR Manager to implement Haven’s press strategy, driving brand awareness and reputation across online, print, TV, and radio. This role has a real focus on crisis comms and reputation management. Managing a PR Exec and working with agencies, you’ll shape storytelling campaigns, press trips, and crisis comms while collaborating across the business on exciting initiatives. With a focus on proactive and reactive press, you’ll keep Haven in the conversation, from new propositions to sustainability and community projects. What you’ll be doing:
- Shaping & Delivering PR Strategy – Develop and implement PR plans that strengthen Haven’s brand reputation, awareness, and perception across diverse audiences.
- Press & Crisis Management – Lead proactive and reactive press activity, ensuring clear, timely crisis communications and providing media support for key team members.
- Agency & Media Partnerships – Work collaboratively with external agencies, journalists, and influencers to secure meaningful media coverage.
- Integrated Storytelling – Partner with social and marketing teams to create a consistent and engaging brand narrative across all channels.
- Performance & Insights – Track media coverage, maintain databases, and analyse PR effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
What we’d like you to bring:
- Demonstrated PR experience, with an emphasis on crisis comms
- Credibility with senior stakeholders, you will be working with the Exec team at Haven and stakeholders at Blackstone, our Private Equity owners
- Experience in delivering corporate communications, for example ESG credentials and Trading updates
- Experience of digesting data to quickly and succinctly distil clear points
