A well-known company in Hull is seeking an Accounts Assistant to provide additional support to their accounts team. You will be required to process purchase and sales ledger, reconciliations, banking, processing staff expenses, and all accounts-related administration. This is a temporary assignment with flexible working hours and would suit applicants with varied accounts knowledge and a willingness to assist others in the team.
THE ROLE
Full time OR part time, flexible start/finish times, office based, temporary assignment.
1. To assist the accounts department processing purchase & sales ledger invoices, reconciliations, banking, and staff expenses.
2. Manage related admin and account queries to a successful resolution.
3. Accounts knowledge is required as is a willingness to assist others.
4. An enhanced DBS would be a distinct advantage.
THE CANDIDATE
1. Good knowledge of accounts duties esp. purchase and sales ledger, reconciliations, banking, and processing staff expenses.
2. Possession of high levels of accuracy and a professional work attitude.
3. Organised, proactive and show common sense and a logical thought process.
4. Willingness to assist others in the team.
5. Immediate availability and commitment to complete the assignment.
An enhanced DBS would be a distinct advantage.
