Job Description:
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Human Resources professional to join our client’s team. This part-time role is crucial for managing HR documentation, conducting staff inductions, addressing employee queries, and handling disciplinary processes when necessary. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and hardworking individual who can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all documentation related to Human Resources.
• Conduct staff inductions, including ‘Right to Work’ checks.
• Ensure completion of health & safety inductions.
• Manage holidays, absences, and return-to-work interviews.
• Address employee complaints and queries.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings and take detailed, accurate minutes.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English Language and Mathematics.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• HR CIPD or similar qualification.
• Proven people skills with the ability to gain employees' trust and respect.
• Ability to build internal relationships with a diverse team of colleagues.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain objective under all circumstances.
