Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Cambridgeshire.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will act as a key member of the Senior HR Management team and will provide strategic and operational support to the client area.
There will be a requirement to develop HR & workforce plans to ensure they align with strategic goals of the organisation, monitoring and reviewing HR data to identify risks and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
Alongside this, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of company wide HR policy development.
There will be line management responsibility in this role, conducting appraisals and aiding the development of the business partnering team.
