The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support children and young people with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioural challenges, in their learning and personal development.
* Implement strategies to promote engagement, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour.
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to provide a tailored approach to each student's needs.
* Assist in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every student can thrive.
* Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions as required.
Requirements
