As a Overnight Floor Tech, you will:
Shift: 11:00PM to 7:00AM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
* Routine mopping (dry and damp), buffing, burnishing, stripping and waxing on hard surface floors and stairs.
* Vacuuming, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells and upholstery.
* Secure the work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space prior to beginning work.
* Simple maintenance tasks including, but not limited to bulb changing.
* Maintain and clean the floor care equipment and ensure that appropriate chemicals are being used on proper area.
* Physical Demands - This position will require you to stand, lift, and be physically active during the duration of your shift. Our Floor Cleaners must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds and operate heavy machinery.
Requirements
* Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous Housekeeping or Janitorial experience preferred.
* Verbal and written communication skills are strongly preferred.
* Good customer service skills and fluency in English is required.
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred.
