Applicants must be 1st Level Registered General Nurse with current NMC Registration. You must have evidence of recent diploma level study and hold 120 level 2 diploma credits or equivalent. Extensive post qualification experience preferably some in the community sector. A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010. Act as a role model and teacher, working alongside other staff including visiting patients and clinical supervisions. Work with the team leader to identify hazards relating to clinical and nonclinical risks and undertake identified risk assessments. Ensure that junior staff also see this as important by maintaining a culture which will support the delivery of both clinical and nonclinical governance within the service. Ensure that all documentation is regularly and appropriately reviewed and updated with changes implemented. Ensuring all training needs are up to date and escalated to ensure staff development.
