What You’ll Do:
• Undertake a range of tasks related to sign-up, enrolment, achievement, transfer and
withdrawal for apprentices and work-based learners.
• Devise and amend administrative procedural documents to reflect continuous
Improvement
• Providing efficient clerical/administrative support to the Team, Apprenticeship
Delivery Manager and Group Director of Employer Services.
• Meeting any audit and risk requirements.
Who We're Looking For:
• Recent experience of working in a customer service facing environment
• Handling confidential information
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and to meet deadlines
• Level 3 qualification in relevant subject area
• Minimum of Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English Language and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or other Level 2 equivalent qualifications
