You'll The development of the schedule estimates for construction works ensuring they are robust, realistic and defensible. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the overall strategic (level 1) programme, reporting progress against key milestones in line with the periodic cycle. Work closely with key internal/external stakeholders ensuring buy-in to the programme’s strategic schedule Identify and manage key internal and external interfaces including, procurement, consents, dependent projects, etc Work with programme and project managers to identify and resolve issues to mitigate any potential schedule delay Coordinating with the other project controls functions (risk, cost, etc) to support activities such as QSRA and EVA, cost profiling, resource management, etc We’re looking for: 4-15 years planning experience working on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects SC or DV Cleared (Essential) Proficient in Microsoft Project / Primavera P6 Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Experience working on major construction and infrastructure projects Excellent communication skills, including English language and visual presentations (e.g. PowerPoint), with the ability to analyse and present information clearly and persuasively At CMR we have a strong culture driven by our 9 Core Principles.
