Description Permanent contract | £64,089 to £71,512 per annum (Scale N) | 37 hours per week | Priory House, Kings Lynn We are looking for a talented manager to join our integrated management team in West Norfolk. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to our adult health and social care teams and will lead on delivering effective discharge and urgent community response pathways. The post would be ideal for an experienced health or social care manager wishing to take on a more strategic role whilst influencing the operational delivery.
