Responsibilities:
1. Daily project management activities throughout the project life cycle.
2. Define and manage the project governance (controls).
3. Plan the overall project and monitor the progress.
4. Manage the project schedule.
5. Manage the project budget.
6. Manage the risks and issues of the project and work with the teams to take corrective measurements.
7. Control all project interdependencies.
8. Maximize utilization of project resources across all workstreams, assisting with the selection and appointment of new project team members.
9. Manage all stakeholder communication.
10. Manage project documentation according to Graphic Packaging International policies and procedures.
11. Interact with the technical teams to understand critical milestones, deliveries, and releases.
Requirements and skills:
1. A bachelor's degree of science in information technology with proven experience in Project Management tools and techniques.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and additional years in other functional roles.
3. Strong and proven practical experience in project management, which was gained through managing large and complex projects.
4. Good knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques.
5. Experience with managing agile projects.
6. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project.
7. Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
8. Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in project management.
9. Strong leadership and management skills, experience in leading, managing and developing people.
10. Extremely organized.
11. Fantastic presentation skills.
12. Ability to manage projects in agile & waterfall environments.
13. Good knowledge of project budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
14. Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
15. Ability to navigate in a global, large, and complex organization.
16. Strong ability to influence without authority.
17. Team player – puts own success below the success of the team.
