Full-tme and part-time contracts (permanent and casual) available with flexible shifts (mornings, afternoons, or 2–3 days per week). Salary and Benefits : Highly Competitive Salary and Benefits The Role The Tongue Grocery Store is a hub within the local community and serves not just to provide essential produce but is a place where people can chat and connect with others, thereby providing a vital service to the area. Key Duties Be a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for anyone coming into the Store Help customers to find and pack items Ensure tills are accurately used and float is monitored Ensure shelves are well stocked and restocked, monitoring sell-buy dates and replacing produce Open and close the Store as required ensuring that all security measures are in place Provide local information and directions to anyone in need Be a supportive team member to colleagues Be available to work pre-opening and post-closing hours (8-9am and 5-6pm) Who you are Friendly, approachable, and committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere Reliable and punctual, ensuring consistency in your role Open to learning; prior retail experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided In addition to a competitive salary, benefits, and a supportive work environment, being part of WildLand means contributing to the regeneration and preservation of one of Scotland’s most beautiful landscapes.
