Location: Northampton City Centre

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic
Commission: 10% on any sales made (Year 1 OTE: £50,000+)
Job Overview:
We are looking for four experienced Sales Energy Consultants to join our growing team in Northampton City Centre. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in energy brokerage, a strong track record in B2B energy sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage new business opportunities within the energy sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Advise clients on tailored energy solutions to meet their business needs
* Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
* Work towards individual and team sales targets
* Stay up to date with market trends, pricing structures, and industry regulations
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an energy brokerage role (B2B sales preferred)
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to manage a pipeline and work in a fast-paced sales environment
* Confident, proactive, and self-motivated approach
* Good knowledge of energy tariffs, contract structures, and procurement strategies
