Working Hours & Shift Patterns
We have adopted a hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and work.
Full time is 37.5 hours per week, 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
It’s a busy role, with a broad range of responsibilities, but the fundamentals include:
1. Excel Reconciliations: Reconcile Client Accounts Investigate and resolve queries
2. Payment Processing: Online Banking Cheques
3. Credit Control: Liaise with clients to ensure sufficient funding Manage and resolve aged debt
4. Reconciliation Development: Assist with the development of new reconciliations Migrate reconciliations to the new format
5. Reporting: Understand client reporting requirements in detail Provide cover for the reporting processes where required.
6. Change Management Assist with assessing and monitoring a system migration Ensure Client requirements are met through all stages of migration.
7. Inter-departmental Relationships Develop a strong working relationship with the Operations Department and work together to improve our processes.
